What does 4-A1 in District 4-A1 mean?
California is Multiple District 4. Different states or countries all over the world could form a multiple district. California is further divided into C, A, L. C for Northern CA, A for Central CA, and L for Southern CA. There are A1, A2 and A3. 4-A1 from Lodi to Tracy to Los Banos, Madera and east to the mountain area. A2 is Fresno to just north of Bakersfield. A3 is approximately Bakersfield. http://lions4-a1.org/
